Greetings! I am excited to introduce you to the Educational Leadership newsletter. My name is Luis Valentino, and I am a career educator with 35 years of experience as a teacher, site, and district leader. I am thrilled to be part of this incredible community and to have the opportunity to share my insights with you. 

This newsletter is more than just a discussion about education. It is a deep dive into the internal and external societal pressures that demand an informed leader with the passion and commitment to step into the space to inspire transformation, day in and day out. 

While our conversations will often be framed in the context of education, they are truly about leadership in its broadest sense.
