Introduction

Throughout my career in education, I had the privilege of working with educators, edupreneurs, and leaders who share my belief that education is the most powerful force for transformation. And now, as the Founder/CEO of Valgar LLC, my journey has produced books, newsletters, and services in consulting, coaching, and community building across various platforms and brands.

Today, I am pleased to announce an important milestone. We are integrating the Educational Leadership and Edupreneurs Network newsletters under one unified identity: Educational Leadership.

The Story Behind the Change

When I launched the Educational Leadership and Edupreneurs Network newsletters, each served a distinct purpose. One spoke to the practitioner, including the teacher, the principal, and the district leader, as they navigated the complexities of modern education. The other spoke to the innovator - the edupreneur building something new at the intersection of education and enterprise.

Over time, something remarkable happened: our audiences began to look more and more alike. The educator became the innovator. The innovator became the leader. The line between the two dissolved, because the most transformative figures in education today are both.

This convergence is a natural evolution in a field that now demands more from its leaders. It is clear that the time has come to unify our efforts under one brand and one voice.

What Is Changing

Beginning with this week’s newsletter, Edupreneurs Network will be integrated into the Educational Leadership. Going forward, Educational Leadership will serve as the hub for all content, insights, and community conversations that our readers have come to expect from both publications.

What This Means for Our Community

At its core, consolidation brings clarity. It affirms who we are, what we stand for, and where we are headed together.

For our readers, this means a more focused and cohesive experience. Rather than navigating multiple channels to find the content most relevant to you, everything will flow through a single, trusted source. The Educational Leadership newsletter will continue to explore the ideas, strategies, and stories that matter most to educators and edupreneurs — now with even greater depth, breadth, and intentionality.

For our broader mission, this consolidation positions us to grow in ways a fragmented brand structure simply cannot. And as we continue to create new learning opportunities through EduBridge.pro, expand our publishing catalog, and deepen our consulting services, a unified brand is not just a strategic advantage — it is a foundation.

A Word of Gratitude

None of this would be possible without you. Every subscriber who has opened an issue, shared a post, or engaged with our content has been a co-creator of this community. You have shaped what Educational Leadership has become, and you will shape what it becomes next.

I am deeply grateful for your trust, loyalty, and belief in the power of education to change lives.  The best chapter of this story is the one we are about to write — together.
